Post-Race Workflows

Overview

After your Racery race ends, several resources remain available: final leaderboards, downloadable reports, fundraising summaries, and the race page itself (which stays online as a record). This article covers what to do once the finish line has been crossed.

Final Results & Awards

When the race end date passes, the leaderboard freezes with final standings. Awards and bling (finish badges, streak awards, milestone stickers) remain on each racer’s profile.

  • The race page remains accessible at its original URL
  • The photo gallery, activity feed, and leaderboards are preserved
  • Racers can still view and download their bibs and awards

Late registration: Participants can register and log miles while the race is active. Some organizers see a surge of late signups as participants recruit friends during the race.

Reports & Data Export

Post-race reports are available from the Reports Dashboard. Available exports include:

  • Racer data CSV: Email addresses, registration info, mileage logs
  • PDF racer report: Graphs, breakouts, and standings (sortable by date)
  • Purchases report: Registration and payment records
  • Photo gallery: All participant-uploaded photos

If you need address data, it must be enabled as a required field at registration before the race starts. Contact team@racery.com to enable address collection for future races.

Fundraising Totals

For charity races, the final fundraising total is visible in the Reports Dashboard. Key details:

  • Net Money Raised is the figure to report. Stripe fees shown in the export are estimated because donations flow directly to your charity’s Stripe account — Racery doesn’t handle the funds.
  • Offline contributions (checks, cash) that were added via the dashboard are included in the race total.

Post-Race Invoicing

For prepay package sponsors, post-race invoicing may apply:

  • Overage billing: If your race exceeded the participant cap in your package, additional registrants are invoiced at the per-racer overage rate after the event.
  • Self-serve races: No post-race invoicing — participants paid at registration.

Racery sends invoices directly and can share post-race resources including the photo gallery link and reports dashboard link.

Running Your Race Again

To run the same race next year, contact team@racery.com to request a race clone. Racery support will duplicate your race with its settings, routes, and configuration. You’ll receive new dashboard and race page links.

What Gets Cloned

  • Race settings, route, and configuration
  • Registration page content
  • Activity conversion settings

What May Need Reactivation

  • Premium dashboards (Bling, Pindrop, Milestone Emails) may need separate activation after cloning — contact support if you don’t see them.
  • Dates and pricing should be updated for the new event via the Race Details dashboard.

Tip: Race cloning is not self-serve. Email team@racery.com and reference your previous race name — support will handle the rest.
